QUANTUM LEAP. A program developed
by USSOCOM but stopped in August 2012 that involved a group of civilian
contract and government employees in a nine-day experiment to determine if
the command could mine social media and other open-source media and
databases to gather intelligence. Somewhat similar to
AVATAR.
